Three happy students receiving All-State Honors at the 2012 State Texas federation of Music Clubs event in San Marcos in the Recorder Quartet category, Vocal Patriotic Folk Song Events and the Recorder Solo Event.
The Rockin' Recorders are featured at Sea World, San Antonio in Rockin' Recorders in the U.S.A.
The group presented James Rigglio's arrangement of popular patriotic tunes
"Rockin' Recorders in the U.S.A."
The group also won "Best All-Round Instrumental Group" at this spring's Sandylake competition.
2011 Bulldog Show Choir wins Best All Round Choir Trophy and 1st Division at Sandylake FunFest with "Cielito LIndo" and "Lights! Camera! Action!"

Three Wortham students are chosen as members of the 2012 TCDA Elementary Honor Choir. Each member of this prestigious group were sent home with a personally autographed copy of "Wink to the Baby", the commissioned choir selection by the composer, Mary Goetze. What a lifetime experience for our 3!

Wortham poses with five 1st Division trophies received at May's Sandylake Choirs Event with2 overall "Outstanding Choir" trophies later to find out that they received the sixth 1st division upon return home!
